  • We believe that Municipalities have a key role in influencing the neighbourhoods and social supports that make a different in the healthy development of young children and their families. Connections are being made in a number of ways, though our local early years groups and through a Summer Project (2007) being led by Simon Rasmussen, a University of Victoria Political Science co-op student.
