Below are Early Years Reports containing baseline information on child development for each municipality in BC's Capital Region. These were prepared in December 2007, and some minor changes may be made in January 2008.

Peninsula Early Years Report  (2.19 MB)                                                     
The Penisula report includes early years information and maps for Central Saanich, North Saanich and Sidney, as well as the four Nations: Tsawout, Tsartlip, Pauquachin and Tseycum First Nations.

Western Communities Early Years Report   (2.2 MB)                                  
The Westshore report includes early years information and maps for Langford, Colwood, Sooke, Highlands, Metchosin and the Juan de Fuca Electoral Area, as well as the First Nations of T'Souke and Paachedaht.

Esquimalt - View Royal Early Years Report (2.1 MB)                               
This report includes early years information and maps for Esquimalt and View Royal, as well as the the First Nations of Esquimalt and Songhees.

Saanich Early Years Report   (1.89 MB)                                              

The Saanich report includes early years information and maps for the District of Saanich.

Gulf Islands Early Years Report    (1.85 MB)                                             
The Gulf Islands report includes early years information and maps for Salt Spring, Mayne, Saturna, Pender, and Galiano islands.

City of Victoria Early Years Report   (2.12 MB)                                         
The Victoria  report includes early years information and maps for only the City of Victoria.

Oak Bay Early Years Report  (1.77 MB)                                                  
The Oak Bay report includes information and maps for only the District of Oak Bay.
